PSZB 2615 preshredder
PSZB 2615 preshredder is designed to reduce material size and homogenize feedstock, minimizing wear and increasing hammermill throughput. Also reduces the risk of combustion events.
Engineered to handle bulky materials and complex scrap while maintaining stable performance under demanding conditions. Processes large, heterogenous feedstock, reducing size and preparing it for efficient downstream operations.

Here to support your process
The PSZB 2615 is a high-torque industrial preshredder designed to reduce and homogenise metallic materials before shredding, separation or sorting processes.
It is designed to process ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, end-of-life vehicles (ELVs), scrap bales, bulky metal waste and other materials that require preliminary size reduction.
Preshredding helps stabilise the feed to the hammermill shredder, reduce the size of incoming materials and optimise overall process efficiency. It also helps reduce wear, minimise operational disruptions and improve plant safety by reducing the risk of explosions during the shredding process.
High-torque pre-shredders are capable of processing complex and bulky materials with a high level of control, producing a more homogeneous output material ready for downstream recovery and valorisation processes.
